Consulting Project Manager

We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager to manage Professional Services projects and develop and contribute to the Project Management Office.  The scope of projects will be in the Identity space, spanning Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager to manage Professional Services projects and develop and contribute to the Project Management Office.  The scope of projects will be in the Identity space, spanning Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

You will play an essential role in ensuring the success of our customers’ Identity projects as well as contributing to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO). We are seeking someone capable of leading engagements for external clients and able to manage a portfolio of several complex projects. You will have experience in project management best practices, consulting, DevOps, agile and waterfall methodologies, and leading on-premise and cloud implementation projects. You will join a team of professional, highly motivated, and collegial consultants.

Essential Job Functions:

• • Lead client engagements through the full project life cycle 
  • Work with senior technical staff to produce / maintain project plans
  • Be the primary contact and escalation point for clients
  • Scope, size, and schedule projects and ensure they remain on schedule and on budget
  • Manage the competing demands of CTI, client, and vendor priorities as well as project staff and partners
  • Support multiple projects across multiple clients
  • Provide timely written and verbal communication on project status, risks, and milestones
  • Support the CTI leadership team with business development, reporting, and forecasting
  • Develop and refine the capabilities and resources of the Project Management Office

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• • At least 3 years of Project Management experience, ideally in a consulting/professional services environment, managing IT, preferably Information Security, projects
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience managing Identity (IAM, IGA, and/or PAM) projects
  • Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, ICP, APMG, CSM)
  • Experience building/improving a PMO
  • Information Security certifications such as CISM or CISSP
