Bill started CTI in 1998 to help clients design and implement secure IT services and applications. Prior to starting CTI, Bill had successful careers at a number of Silicon Valley startups.

Bill received a BS in Psychology from Colgate University and a MBA Finance from the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University.
