Account Executive
The primary function of this position is to cultivate new business revenue as well as leverage and manage existing CTI legacy accounts. The position carries an annual sales target with financial bonuses for exceeding sales. The position has a base salary, plus an uncapped commission plan.
The ideal Sales Executive will proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization, including “C” levels. Such executive must manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest level of account management services.
The Sales Executive will passionately share the CTI ‘s successful history and represent CTI’s services and technology partner products and solutions.
Desired Sales Executive Capabilities & Qualifications are:

- Maintain industry relationships through organizations (ISSA, ISACA, etc.) or other networking venues.
- Attend to leads with a sense of urgency and communicate timely feedback to the lead source.
- Accurately and consistently maintain sales forecasts.
- Drive attendance to regional marketing events.
- Work closely and proactively with vendor partners to both articulate their technologies as well as understand their partner pricing models and deal registration programs.
- Professionally develop and present sales presentations to major enterprises to set proper expectations and maintain communication through the lifecycle of the sales process.
- Minimum 3 years IAM Sales experience (to the enterprise level) preferred.
- Current enterprise security experience preferred.
- Established relationships with key accounts in the prospective territories.
- Demonstrable history of lead generation, greenfield account development & meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Vendor related certifications strongly preferred (i.e., SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Experience selling professional services, security audits and assessments a plus.
