William O’Brien – President and CEO

Bill’s Information Technology career spans 35 years.  Bill started his career as a management trainee for Honeywell Information Systems.  After a successful 13 year career at Honeywell, Bill worked in sales and management roles at two start-up companies, Unified Communications, an Andrew Corporation, and Worldtalk.  Bill founded CTI in 1998 and since that time he has continued to grow the success of the company based on strong partnerships with innovative IT vendors such as Google, SailPoint, Fortinet, Trend Micro, Fire Eye, Palo Alto, Mobile Iron and Ping Identity.

Sharon O’Brien – Finance and Human Resources Manager

Sharon joined CTI in 2002 from Lucent Technology. She had 23 years of service as a Lucent Technologies Product Manager. As the Human resource manager for CTI, Sharon plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of CTI. She is also responsible for the  training, assessment, and compensation plans for  employees, while also overseeing organizational leadership and corporate culture initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Sharon has a degree in Marketing from St. Peter’s University.

Peter Beck – Vice President, Professional Services

Mr. Beck has spent the last 30 years working for leading IT software product and professional services providers. His experience ranges from business / program management to advanced software engineering.

During the past 15 years, Peter’s focus has been on IT security, more specifically Identity Management and Governance solutions.  He joined CTI in 2006 and currently heads up its Professional Services Organization (PSO). Under his leadership, the PSO group has tripled in staff size and revenue based on winning and growing Identity Management related business with commercial clients such as Blue Cross, Boeing, DuPont, GE, Towers Watson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Morgan Stanley and DHL.

Previously, Peter worked for leading, innovative software product companies such as Critical Path and Isocor, managing field consulting groups. Both of these firms were pioneers in the Identity Management software product space, with offerings in the LDAP Directory, Meta Directory and Password Management areas. During this period, Peter was involved with large-scale security technology deployments for many large enterprises, including Wal-Mart, State Farm, National Institutes of Health, Marriott and State Street Bank.

Peter worked as a software developer with a focus on civil aviation related communications at Siemens in Munich, Germany for a long period of time during the 1990’s, and is fluent in German. He holds a bachelors degree in communications and a minor in computer science from Rowan University, one of the most respected engineering schools in the northeastern United States.

Steven Vesta – Director, Microsoft Security Product Consulting Services

Mr. Vesta’s experience is focused on Microsoft Identity Management with a specialization in User Provisioning, Data Synchronization and Password Management technologies. He has strong experience in using these technologies in global corporate enterprise settings. His experience ranges from requirements analysis to design and implementation of solutions. Notably, Steven was a formerly the Identity Management Architect at British Petroleum / Amoco.

Mr. Vesta is an expert or proficient with an array of products, languages, concepts, and technologies, including Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Critical Path Meta Directory Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Sun Directory Server, Critical Path Directory Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, UNIX, LDAP, and HTTP.

Mr. Vesta’s recent accomplishments include:

  • Architected & Implemented Microsoft Identity Management systems for Lifecycle User Provisioning for one of the world’s largest consulting services companies
  • Architected & Implemented Critical Path Identity Management systems for a the world’s largest retailer with 1.6+ million employees
  • Architected & Implemented Sun Identity Management for one of the largest financial services companies in North America and Europe
  • Architected & Implemented an Enterprise-wide Global Directory Service for a petrochemical products producer with facilities in over 50 countries
  • Architected & Implemented an Identity Management solution for one of the largest Energy companies in North America

Allen Moffett – Director, ATOS / Siemens Security Product Consulting Services

Mr. Moffett’s experience covers a broad spectrum with over 25 years in the IT industry. His past experience includes software development and leading teams delivering complex multi-national systems integration projects focused on Security, Privacy, and Identity and Access Management. Mr. Moffett has experience advising at the program level as well as with all phases of project lifecycle from strategy, business justification, and requirements analysis to design and implementation.

Mr. Moffett’s IAM experience over the years has covered many products with recent work being focused on the Atos (formerly Siemens) DirX family of products. He is also an expert or proficient with an array of products, languages, concepts, and technologies, including Identity and Access Management, Smartcards/Biometrics, Integrated Security Solutions, Privacy and Compliance, Enterprise Security Architecture, Windows, Linux, Unix, Java, C++, C, Apache Struts, HTML, JSP, and ASP.

Mr. Moffett’s recent accomplishments include:

  • Solution Design Authority and Development team lead for an Identity Management system for a media corporation based in the United Kingdom.
  • Solution Architect for the secure IT infrastructure component of a High Security Transaction Processing Center for a major European banking firm.
  • Lead Architect for an Identity and Access Management system for the North American subsidiary of a global financial services company. This was a multi-year project including an internal system and a second phase integrating a customer facing solution.
  • Lead Consultant for an Identity Management system supporting a “Day One” solution for the merger of two large US based energy companies.
  • Lead Consultant for a Role Engineering project for a large US based financial services company to deliver Role Based Access Control for applications subject to Sarbanes Oxley.

Matt Pollicove – Director, SAP Security Consulting Services

Mr. Pollicove’s experience is focused on SAP Identity Management with a specialization in User Provisioning, and Virtual Directory technologies. He has strong experience in using these technologies for the both the corporate enterprise and the SAP Landscape. His experience ranges from requirements analysis to design and implementation of solutions. Notably, Matt is a former employee of MaXware, the company acquired by SAP to create SAP NetWeaver Identity Management and SAP NetWeaver Virtual Directory Server products.

Frank Chibaro – Principal Consultant, Access Management and Federation Product Consulting Services

Mr. Chibaro’s experience includes Federation, Single Sign On, Access Governance and Identity Management technologies. He has strong experience in using these technologies in large corporate enterprise settings. He has worked extensively with products such as Ping Identity and IBM Tivoli Access Manager and Federated Identity Manager. More specifically, he has more than 6 years of focused experience implementing custom and federated Web-SSO solutions. His experience ranges from requirements analysis to design and implementation of solutions. Notably, Frank was formerly an Identity and Access Management Architect at KPMG LLP, focused on API development, web development and SaaS security.

Mr. Chibaro is an expert or proficient with an array of products, languages, concepts, and technologies, including SailPoint Identity IQ, Ping Federate, Tivoli Access Manager, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory, Directory Server, Web Development, Relational Databases, LDAP, Windows Server, Unix, Java, and .NET.

Mr. Chibaro’s recent accomplishments include:

  • Architected & Implemented a SailPoint based solution for user access certification – audit process for a large financial services company with 5000+ employees.
  • Deployed and Integrated a SailPoint based solution for user and entitlement management for a large financial services company with 5000+ employees.
  • Architected & Implemented & supported Tivoli Federated Identity Manager solution for KPMG, one of the world’s largest accounting firms.

Brian Geoghegan – Director, SailPoint Product Consulting Services

Mr. Geoghegan’s experience is focused on SailPoint Compliance and Identity Management with a specialization in Certification, User Provisioning, and Data Synchronization technologies. He has strong experience in using these technologies in large corporate enterprise settings.His experience ranges from requirements analysis to design and implementation of solutions. Notably, Brian was a formerly the Identity Management Architect, focused on Single Sign On (SSO) at Citigroup.

  • Architected & Implemented & supported CA Siteminder Single Sign On (SSO) solution for one of the world’s largest financial services companies with operations in 80+ countires
  • Architected & Implemented Sun Identity Management for large investment bank based in NYC to meet complex user account provisioning requirements
  • Architected & Implemented a custom Identity Management solution for a large intergovernmental organization to meet complex user account provisioning and manager approval workflow requirements
  • Architected & Implemented an SailPoint based User Account Provisioning solution for a large financial services company with 5000+ employees
